•  Payment Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking, and the balance will be paid when keys will be handed over. 

 

To confirm the booking, the deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within 8 days after receiving the contract.

 

For persons residing outside France, the deposit shall be made by SEPA credit  transfer according to IBAN account data.

 

 

• Charges

Heat, water and electricity are included in the rental price. 

 

For short stay (week end), the housekeeping in included in the fares.

 

Outside of the period indicated, an additional amount of 10 euros per night may be claimed in application of a heater consumption increase. 

 

 

• Keys Handover

Please contact us two days before your arrival to  inform us of your expected time of arrival, so that we can make sure that somebody is in to welcome you. Keys will be issued on the day of arrival. 

 

ARRIVAL TIME: from 4 PM. 

DEPARTURE TIME: 10 AM maximum

 

For short stay, departure time is fixed at 5 PM.

 

 

• Additional Services

Sheets and towels are not included in the fares.

 

If you want,we can provide them for your stay to the amount of 10 euros per bed.

 

Cleaning and tidying at the end of the stay are only included for short stays less than 3 nights. 

 

Upon request, we can do the cleaning at the end of stay to the amount of:

House: 60 Euros

Flat: 40 Euros

Or The guest house have to be cleaned by yourself  in accordance with existing directives.

 

 

• Deterioration

 To prevent any deterioration, we would like to inform you that in case of loss or deterioration an additional amount will be charged  or an insurance certificate will be required.

 

 

•  Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be retained if we can't re-let the guest house during this period.
